Responsible for negotiating, preparing, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of agreements and contracts, legal notices and responses thereto, starting from adapting the relationship legally and under what system this contract falls into, up to the details of the parties obligations, guarantees of implementation of obligations, and the approach that the relationship will legally follow during the validity of the contract or after its end.? Reviewing, vetting, and drafting of non-standard contracts.? Work on corporate transactions and other wider projects with due diligence, research, and ancillary contracts.? Working on Intellectual Property related matters, Including knowledge of the registration process.? Willing to Participating in projects and practice groups, creating and rolling out standard contracts, in order to create efficiencies, promote standardization and ensure departmental visibility in UAE.? Provide legal services and advice to new business ventures and, where applicable, to operating entities as required. Oversee registration and licensing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.? Ensure legal standardization and alignment of legal and law related documents/formats used internally and externally for the Clients (such as forms and agreements) to ensure consistency and quality in presentation.
