We are seeking a skilled Manual Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working with manual lathe machines to perform precision machining tasks on metal components, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical drawings and specifications.Key Responsibilities:Operate manual lathe machines to produce metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.Set up machines by installing and adjusting cutting tools, fixtures, and materials.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure operational efficiency.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.Monitor machine operations to detect problems and make necessary adjustments.Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machining is a plus.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manual lathe machine operation.Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and tolerances.Ability to use precision measuring instruments.Applicants must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately, or able to enter on a visit visa for trial.Only candidates with proven experience in manual lathe machine operation will be considered.[update cv in your account with required details and apply online]
