Landscape SupervisorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Oversee the maintenance of all grounds and landscapes, ensuring that they are kept in good condition and aesthetically pleasing.•Plan and implement new landscaping projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.•Manage and coordinate the work of landscape crews, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard.•Monitor the use of materials and supplies, ensuring that they are used efficiently and cost-effectively.•Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.•Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets the required standards.•Provide guidance and support to the landscape crew, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently.•Report any issues or concerns to senior management.Requirements:•Proven experience as a Landscape Supervisor or a similar role.•Excellent organizational and leadership skills.•Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
