Resales Manager (Landlord Relationship Manager) will take care and direct the daily activities of the listing team, in achieving the goals set by the senior management. Resale Property Manger will act as a facilitator for all listing related activities from commencement to list a property and get it under agreement, such as preparing listing materials and pre-listing presentations, coordinate showings, and schedule open houses. Manage all aspects of seller?s transactions with listing team, property photography, repairs, home improvements, lockbox, access requirements and other marketing activities required for showing the properties.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCEEducational Requirements / Qualifications:Bachelor?s Degree from a reputed University, with M.B.A or similar qualification is highly desirable.Experience:3 years of relevant work experience in sales, Listing, or leasing.Experience in advertising sales to small and medium-size local businesses is desirable.
