ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and to be proactive to avoid breakdownPerform preventive maintenance and complete the turn-over quickly and efficientlyRespond to breakdowns of equipment and to be available in case of emergencyApply the appropriate actions as per Hotel policy and standardsComply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and proceduresSkills & requirements College or relevant certification will be an advantage.
