  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Assisting with food preparation tasks as directed by the chef following food safety guidelines.
  • Storing ingredients and supplies in their proper places while keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Operating and cleaning dishwashing machines.
  • Emptying and cleaning trash containers.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
