Job Description

  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with our companys most important clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Understand the needs and objectives of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on products, services, and industry trends.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans outlining strategies for growth and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and to coordinate resources as needed.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set for key accounts.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them effectively.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
