Review Tender Documents technically, contractually and commercially. Identify the technical, commercial and contractual requirements and coordinate with relevant departments. Carry out necessary tasks in Tender Workflow (TWF) system. Initiate creation of MS Teams for the tenders. All documents related to the tender to be saved in the relevant MS Teams. Prepare project evaluation sheets and/ or Tender Launch presentation. Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors for proper quotations. Review the design inputs and carry out/ check quantity calculations. Prepare program of works in coordination with planning engineer. Prepare cost estimation in Bclear and get it reviewed with Tender Manager. Carry out pre-tender site-visit and prepare reports on the same. Prepare tender submittals in coordination with Tender Manager and other relevant departments. To ensure that HSE requirements for the projects are included in the tenders submitted. For sub-contract enquiries, prepare offer letter including BOQ. Coordinate with Senior management and finalize the tender, including the risk-chance analysis sheet, final offer and clarifications ? Gate 2 Submit the tender before the stipulated time and complete the tasks in TWF system. Follow-up with the Client/ Main Contractors. Prepare post tender correspondences and clarifications in coordination with Tender Manager. Coordinate with Tender Secretary for any pre-qualification or NDA submission, if any. Prepare and conduct hand-over meeting, when a project is awarded ? Gate 3. Hand-over workflow to project team Prepare and issue working budget for the project.Project support for project team, whenever variations or claims arises.
