Responsibilities: Support and be compliant to Management System (Quality, Organizational Safety & Health, Environment& Sustainability, Information Security, Flight Safety, Code of Conduct) and company policies, procedures,and instructions.2) Follow organizational safety and health rules and work in safe manner.3) Perform other jobs related duties as assigned.4) Verify that the performance of machinery and instruments used in the production process respond toestablished use and efficiency criteria.5) Type letters and emails as required.6) Manage an organized filing system.7) Take meeting minutes and compile MoM for the Production Manager.8) Manage and execute administrative tasks as required by the Production Engineer and ProductionManager.9) To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participatein the investigation process.10) Ensure the provision of technical service of new projects related to the line/process.11) Generate technical documents as required.12) Record task durations and align assembly tasks at the applicable assembly stations in order to meetweekly production goals.13) Support the development of the production line.14) Interact with the production team to ensure task are executed according to the data pack and QC requirments.Responsible for his/her own workmanship quality.16) Manage and maintain an organized work area.17) Support the test and analysis department with all tasks if and when required that are approved by theProduction Manager18) Support the engineering department with all spray-painting tasks if and when required that are approvedby the Production Manager19) Manage and organize a time keeping system for the production staff.20) Record all times from Foreman Time Sheet.21) Assist to organize/maintain the production special tools and equipment.22) Assist in the repair of defective equipment and compile the necessary failure reports.23) Support QA to maintain the required quality standards.
