Job Description

Job PurposeWe are looking for a driven and energetic Junior Marketing Officer to support and add great value to the company?s Marketing operations and campaigns.The main role is to develop and execute our Influencer Marketing strategies and creative campaigns.So, if you are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times, who knows the influencer world, then you are the person we are looking for!?Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in managing the department?s activities and campaigns.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and key leaders.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all Marketing activities are successful and meet the objectives set by the management.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Work closely with the influencer agency/directly with influencers to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.
  • Keep an eye on the emerging trends, technologies and trending influencer campaigns.
  • Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success and amend marketing measures when necessary.
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, external vendors and suppliers to boost the effectiveness of marketing strategies and improve the company?s presence.
