Job Description

We are looking for a Junior GNSS Firmware Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Job responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, optimize and integrate embedded software for GNSS navigation application
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle from inception and design to bring-up, optimization, verification
  • Participate in the development and implementation of an GNSS signal processing algorithms
  • Design and implement test interfaces
Requirements:
  • At least Masters degree or equivalent in GNSS engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Embedded/Firmware programming
  • Extensive proven experience programming microcontrollers and other embedded devices in C, C++
  • Advance understanding and extensive experience with the following peripheral interfaces: UART, I2C, SPI, CAN
  • Experience with debugging firmware and communication buses using lab equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes?)
  • DSP knowledge as well as FPGA programming is desired but not required
  • GNSS Simulator experience would be beneficial
  • Autonomous vehicle, Drone navigation experience would be beneficial
Other requirements:
  • Passion for Firmware Development and Technology in general
  • Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
  • Good level of spoken and written English language (upper-intermediate)
  • Passion for GNSS Navigation SW Development and technology in general
