Job Description

  • Assist in procurement activities, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and supporting contract negotiations, pricing and terms.
  • Manage purchase orders, track order status and coordinate with internal departments to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Support the procurement team in maintaining supplier relationships, resolving issues and managing procurement records and documentation.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives, process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
