Responsible for Technology integration and configuration of routing and switching equipment
Deploy and configuring PCs, Workstations and Laptops
Handle Email and call corporate customers for all technical support issues follow-up
Assure Procedure feedback and initiation

Experience in Implement, test, configure, troubleshooting and supporting application.
Experience in Providing first point of contact, provide technical support to end-user as per IT related issues
Experience in windows OS Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Applying service pack and windows updates.
Experience in proving Support and implement Domain, Networking, Antivirus?s and GP?s
Experience in providing Support and implement Microsoft Windows client & Server.
Experience in Writing queries and manage MS SQL
experience in proving Support and implement Domain, Networking, Antivirus?s and GP?s
Experience in Manage, Support & Configure Microsoft SCOM & SCCM
Experience in hardware support
Prefer to Have experience with POS implantation and support
Customer notifications when an incident occurs as per the applicable SLA?
