IT SpecialistLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesWe are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support our internal IT infrastructure, network systems, and end-user services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. The role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:?Administer and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.?Provide end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT services.?Install and configure software and hardware systems.?Oversee network security and ensure data protection measures are in place.?Collaborate with other departments to support technology-related projects.?Monitor IT infrastructure performance and take proactive measures to ensure uptime.?Prepare and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and procedures.Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.?Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.?Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and network protocols.?Experience with database management and cloud solutions.?Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.?Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.?Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus.?Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are advantageous.Interested candidates who are available to join immediately should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience
