IT SpecialistIT Specialist will maintain information technology systems and networks. He will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems. What is in it for you:.Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor worldwide .Learning programs through our Academies .Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world! .Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21What you will be doing:.Regular data safe /backup. .Compliance with IT Policies and Guidelines .Provide technical support or training for systems and networks .Act as link between end users and higher level support .Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.) .Monitor System and network performance .Perform trouble shooting, repairs and data restoration .Perform maintenance activities .Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules .Conducts and maintain inventory .Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality. .Perform the following duties within frame of work Your experience and skills include:.IT Specialist must be knowledgeable in software (Opera, Simphony, Oasys, Sun System, Vicas) hardware, servers and networks (Cisco and ARUBA). .He must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail. .Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required. .Past Experience in Pro-active IT .Experience as an IT Specialist may be advantageous. .Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. .The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. .Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
