Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new bussiness opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. The IT Sales Executive will be required to work closely with clients to identify their needs, provide solutions that meet their requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Generate leads and new bussiness opportunities through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and present quotes to clients and negotiate terms of sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity and progress to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to keep up-to-date with market trends and technologies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Handling IT projects and following up with concerned teams for the smooth process and completion.
  • Reporting to Sales Manager.
