What You?ll Be Doing:Stakeholder Management:Maintain direct communication with DP HR team and Partners internal HR leads, accelerating the hire of staff.Understand Information Systems Directors hiring requirementsManage expectations between HR and Information Systems teamResourcing reporting/metrics:Report to Information Systems Directors on recruitment plans and performance.Use key HR metrics to demonstrate performance of teamExperience in using and setting up dashboards for reporting (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView)Sourcing and sifting best-in-class candidates:Prepare and maintain s for team.Search for potential candidates for roles.Manage the interviewers list and set interviews up where required.Good data management:Keep priority hires list up-to-date.Maintain the candidate and interview repositories.Best in-class interview process:Develop and maintain best-practice interview processes, ensure Information Systems team compliance.Other:Manage list for staff PTO ? keeping the list up to date.Monitor the safety of staff when travelling, determining a solution to ensuring staff are safe, until HR proposes a solution.Work with IT PMO and operations leads to balance project and business demand vs. available/incoming staff.
