Job Description

  • Hands-on experience of working in Microsoft Navision 2016 environment and well versed with ERP system configuration, various modules, and functionality
  • Provide day to day reliable, cost effective and responsive Microsoft Navision 2016 services to the whole group
  • Provide technical and functional support of Master Data, Pricing, Purchase, Sales, Inventory & Finance modules and documentation which includes solution testing, data migration, high level report?development, User Acceptance?Testing and production migration
  • Checking, monitoring of ERPs back up and perform SQL?tuning on a daily basis?to make process error free
  • Experience of at least one End to End ERP implementation experience right from requirement gathering to UAT to Go Live
  • Should be well versed with system configuration in NAV 2016 setup
  • Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization.
  • Maintaining ERP user access discipline across the business functions.
  • Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop, and maintain automated workflow processes/Reports, etc.
  • Work as a Systems Analyst and?help to define user needs and develop integrations with third-party systems
  • Should be able to understand specific user requirements and lead from the front for any future system enhancement required
  • Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end-users.
  • Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users.
  • Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the management.
  • Price Management and different promotion and offer setup
  • Store Management (End of Day Procedure, Statement acceptance)
  • Assisting Users in their day to day operations on LS retail from Different Location.
  • Setup & Configuration of new company in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Managing user rights, including logins and roles / permissions
  • Troubleshooting the Technical /Functional problems for the day to day process in Head Office & Stores
