IT OfficerDescription :?Infrastructure and technical background: Cisco Meraki network, MSFT Azure Cloud, Enterprise IT (desktops, laptops, telephony etc.) and Applications (Office, HR, MSFT D365 Finance etc.)?Knowledge of in-use Hospitality / Education applications: Moodle, Academia SIS will be a plus, Oracle PMS, Salesforce CRM etc.?Infrastructure: develop, maintain, and improve the local Infrastructure (network, desktops/laptops and peripherals, etc.)?Applications: oversee the successful delivery of projects serving local requirements; maintain the Applications and provide support for them.?Problem Resolution: ability to identify root cause and resolve more complex issues within our Enterprise IT (desktops, applications, network, cloud, security?)?Support local user management, (e)SIM subscriptions, access control to building, Labs and applications, audio-video setup, etc.?Follow best practices in place and Service Management framework.?Track all support needs and resolution in the Service Desk ticketing system?Identify, escalate and follow-up incidents / requests?Install and upgrade PC hardware and software?Support audio and video equipment in classrooms and conference rooms / remote teaching?Setup and configure new hardware through Intune?Keep track of equipment / consumable spares and maintain hardware inventory?Maintain the inventory system up to date?Install and manage miscellaneous hardware drivers and equipment?Follow-up on IT repairs with suppliers?Manage purchase orders from the initial request to the delivery to the requestor?Create and maintain knowledge base documentationRequirements:?Prefer candidates who are currently in UAE and can speak Arabic?Experience : 5+ yearsContract : 1 year may be extendableSalary : 10000 AEDLocation: Abu Dhabi
