Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for an innovative IT Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. You will play a significant part in bringing fresh innovation to the companys internal, external and vendor IT systems.As an IT Manager, you will:- Lead the IT departments structure and set-up- Lead the development of best internal / external IT products (for the HQ, Branches, POS, etc.)- Manage IT and computer systems- Control and evaluate electronic data operations- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems in HQ and Branches- Guide and mentor junior IT staffDesirable skills and background:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, a or similar course- At least 5 years experience as an IT Manager in hospitality or Retail companies- Experience managing vendor or external IT systems such as POS (point of sales), booking, or CRM- With IT Architecture accreditation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent presentation, strategic thinking, and analytical skillsIf you are a young and energetic IT professional looking to grow and develop your career, apply with your updated CV today.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
