Duties and responsibilities:? Expert in Analytical and Critical Thinking? Gathering process information (field work, document analysis, stakeholder interviews, etc.)? Document existing process flows (as-is), Elaborate initiatives for process improvement, Document optimized processes (to-be)? Documenting gap analysis? Perform business analysis for new product/service and produce Business Requirement specification, functional requirement specification and other project related document.? Experience working on UML, wireframes and user experience using tools like balsamiq, axure etc?? Handling grooming session to elaboration functional analysis documentation for the development team? Created user stories, use cases, process flows, user journeys etc...? Worked in projects handled in Agile methodology ? Excellent written and oral communication skills.? Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.? Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.? Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.? Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.? Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment..
