Provide technical assistance to end-users by doing IT updates, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with resolving technical problems.
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of computer hardware and software systems.
Help with network configurations, including setting up and troubleshooting network connections, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Create, modify, and delete user accounts, passwords, and permissions as needed. Ensure that user access is secure and up-to-date.
Implement and manage data backup solutions to protect against data loss. Assist in data recovery efforts when necessary.
