Job Description

The PositionDepartment: Distribution ManagementDuration: 3-6 monthsSummaryWe would like to hire aninternfor 3-6 months to serve under the Distributor Account Manager role where several projects and initiativesare planned in the second half of 2022.The projects range from structuring historical distributor related data to developing new distributor assessment models and supporting other Agile projects. All of them would require support on general admin work, data collection and excel analysis.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shadow the distributor account manager role and train in a variety of tasks
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials
  • Create and maintain Excel Workbooks and PowerPoint presentations
  • Take notes during meetings; draft documents and reports; sort and manage files
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records
  • Coordinate between project members on availability and set up meeting logistics
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree which is completed or still pending
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
