KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Interface Management & Coordination

Act as the main point of contact between ADNOC, Tecnimont, BUTEC, and other subcontractors.
Identify, track, and manage all technical and execution-related interface points between civil, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines.

Design & Engineering Interface

Review and ensure alignment of design packages (civil, structural, and electrical) from different engineering teams.
Coordinate technical queries (TQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and other engineering clarifications between Tecnimont and BUTEC.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, international standards (IEC, IEEE, BS, etc.) and project requirements.
Resolve any construction-related conflicts that may arise with subcontractors through Tecnimont.

Documentation & Approval Process

Maintain an interface register to document all key interactions and ensure traceability.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

HSE & Compliance

Ensure that all interface-related activities comply with ADNOC?s HSE standards and regulations.
Verify that civil works are executed safely without affecting electrical installations and vice versa.
Participate in site audits, safety walkthroughs, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
