The Senior insurance specialist (Senior Underwriter) is responsible for maintaining existing business and attraction of new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the organization, based on best practices and implementing the internal policies.The Senior insurance specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by offering risk management; guard and guide the client with transparency on insurance products, procedures,regulations, and market trends related to General Accident.RESPONSIBILITIES? Act as an ambassador of the organization by conducting business with highest businessethics with positive attitude.? Implement the workflow and suggest changes if needed? Comply with the organizations? policies? Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the clients complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution? Ensure accurate information of policy documents? Process orders, forms, applications and requests? Claims handling, reporting, follow up with Insurers, Insured, and Loss Adjusters? Escalate and report challenges and unresolved issues to the designated resource? Manage client?s records and accounts? Maintain records of all communications? Regular outdoor visits to insurance companies and clients? Maintain financial control? Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; readingprofessional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professionalorganizations.? Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new anddifferent requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments? Report to department manager and coordinate with the team
