Conduct needs analysis by identifying the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences
Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience?s training needs
Develop scripts and storyboard e learning content and instructional videos
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
Create evaluation tools, organize focus groups, and conduct evaluation surveys, monitor and review ROI of e learning
Work with the production team to produce learning content
Review and ensure that quality are met as per the defined standards and style guides
