Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is involved in some of the most innovative projects and programs, shaping the environment for the future generations. They are looking for an Infrastructure Design Senior Associate who will be responsible forgenerating infrastructure designs in response to business/project requirements and contributing to developing and maintaining technical roadmaps which support the company`s strategy.<br /><br />- Coordinating with authorities for infrastructure requirements and setup.<br />- Developing and supporting the design and delivery teams in infrastructure designs and the execution.<br />- Following up on projects, tenders and awards related to infrastructure implementation.<br />- Building a strong relationships with infrastructure consultants/contractors.<br />- Assess and approve formwork/Master planning/concept/prelim/DD designs.<br />- Review consultant/contractors proposals, process technical evaluation and add input to the TER.<br />- Assist in developing the timeline required for infrastructure design/implementation and assist in tracking design milestones.<br /><br />Requirements- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure design in UAE GCC<br />- 5+ years of experience in the Abu Dhabi market.<br />- Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or a related field<br />- Professional Registration is highly advantageous<br />- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory<br /><br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary<br />- Benefits<br />
