You will be responsible for:a. Ongoing IT administration Domain management and active directory administration. Troubleshooting of technical issues raised by the team in a timely manner. Remote support for daily IT issues. Monitor renewals for software license and services. Asset management of IT equipment and software. Perform daily and bi-weekly backups of Server VM and NAS Drive to local and external locations.b. SAP Business One Migration Provide support for SAP B1 implementation regarding technical issues within the software, configuration, and connectionc. Infrastructure Migration Transition from outsourced IT infrastructure to in-house IT Infrastructure which has to be set up within 2-4 months? time Installation and configuration of IT equipment to meet company requirements.d. Administration Support Manage the office operation and ensure all PPM contracts are in place and up-to-date and control the maintenance and services schedule ensuring it is all conducted in a timely manner so that the company is running securely and effectively.
