-Carry out on hire and off hire survey for the marine units assigned to various projects-Ensuring company owned and managed vessels are operated in a safe, efficient manner and in full compliance with class and statutory regulations-Supervise & follow on hire and off hire survey for hired marine vessels and reviewing final report & evaluated cost-Liaise and attend with class surveys for certification inspection visits for marine units-Liaise and coordinate with 3rd parties for renewal of required certificates-Ensure these renewals are done in timely manner so as not to affect the running operation-Vetting inspection preparation for the marine units-Ensure relevant units are in full compliance with ISM requirements per company policy and mentoring implementation ISM and report submission-Prepare and implement inspection plan/walk through program for marine units-Supervise marine unit for dry docking/ major repairs with ship yards and classification bodies-Monitor the execution of maintenance of support crafts-Follow up with required spare parts are delivered in due course to carry out required maintenance/ repair-Ensure QHSE procedure are implemented and complied as per company policy-Provides accurate reports to technical manager on work done/ performance, issues/ delays, status of assets, equipment and vessels and work forecast
