Marine Specialist (Marine Inspector, Marine Warranty Surveyor, Marine Advisor Offshore/Onshore)Provision of a competent marine project specialist to act on Behalf Company with experience in onshore and offshore installation works and will be covering one or more of the following tasks.1.?????? Marine Inspection????????? Conduct Marine Vessel inspections and survey on marine vessels, floating barges / jack up / construction barges and equipment before mobilization or upon arrival at the designated work site for on-hire, suitability for SOW and compliance with SIMO, ASMV, ASMC & JUIMS.????????? Survey shall include vessels condition survey hull, machinery and equipment including verifications of vessel?s certifications and documents using the following terms of references:-????????? OCIMF / IMCA / MODU as applicable-????????? Classification societies and IMO Conventions (SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW)-????????? Client Marine Standard-????????? Offshore HSEMS-????????? Vessels specification checklist and job officer?s additional requirements-????????? Marine unit?s scope of work.?2.?????? Marine Warranty Surveyor for OffshoreProvision of Marine Warrant Survey role on behalf of any project for Offshore with the following:????????? Local and worldwide operations will require engineering review and approval, vessel survey, condition and suitability and operational survey, approval, proven experience and track record with this role is essential.????????? Provision of a single point of contact Project / Surveyor / Engineer/ Manager will be required to be the focal point of all reviews, attendances and reports.????????? Suitability qualified and experienced personnel should be demonstrated and maintained for the project for technical reviews and quality assurance.????????? Review and approve mooring analysis as required.????????? Witness and monitor marine operations?3.?????? Marine AdvisorProvision of competent marine advisor to act as company marine representative with experience in offshore installation works.????????? Conduct marine vessel inspections????????? Attend Marine LD main office for routine daily work as required (the work include but not limited to: Vessels Monitoring, Preparation the SOW and specs for vessels tenders, reviewing RA, participating in technical evaluation for vessels, conduct contractor audit ISM and ASMC etc.)????????? Witness and monitor marine operations associated with offshore lifts and installation activities.????????? Participate / Conduct Incident Investigations.
