Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONRole : Implementation OfficerLocation : Abu DhabiRole Purpose:

  • Implement Integration of bank solutions with client systems for strengthening and sustaining long term relationships.
  • Act as point-of-contact for ADIB Direct mandate receipt and closure
  • Assist in cash & channel strategy projects for CASA, revenue, dormancy & utilization
Key Accountabilities of the role Implementations
  • Lead simple implementations (ADIB Direct, WPS, Bulk, Mobile) and assist in Complex implementations (collections, Liquidity, etc.) for GTB clients.
  • Responsible for implementing GTB products at customer site.
  • Responsible for Implementation trainings for GTB clients.
  • Ensure that implementation is done within client agreed timelines and are within regulatory policies.
  • Update activities on required trackers
Digitization
  • Assist e-penetration strategies
  • Assist dormancy reduction strategies
  • Assist channel payment utilization strategies
Cross selling
  • Attempt to cross sell GTB products during implementation discussions
BAU
  • Escalate sensitive/delayed cash & ADIB Direct BAU issues for quicker resolution.
  • Train for GTB clients on ADIB Direct
  • Assist GTB Helpdesk in resolving channel payment processing issues.
  • Assist GTB helpdesk in resolution of GTB cash & ADIB Direct queries
  • Conduct Call back verification on all GTB product registration forms
  • Coordinate signature verification on all GTB product registration forms
People
  • Complete all mandatory class lead and e-learning on time.
  • Complete your mid-year and end-year appraisals on time.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Good understanding of GTB market solutions and processes
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel and Internet explorer
  • Good training and communication skills
  • Understanding of banking operations and cash management
