Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Immigration Consultant - Immigration Counselor (Sales Profile) to provide expert counselling to clients regarding Immigration products and services, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling Leads - Fixing Meetings - Explaining Process - Closing Sales.
  • Offer advice on visa options/applications, work permits, eligibility requirements regarding immigration process.
  • Educate clients on immigration policies, procedures and processes.
  • Collect required client documents, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
  • Meet and exceed individual/team revenue targets.
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely updates throughout the immigration process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, case progress, and outcomes.
  • Generate reports on the status of immigration cases.
  • Must be able to use Excel proficiently to manage and track client data, and generate detailed reports.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and business operations.
Salary Range: 3500-5000 AED Per Month (Based on Experience)*Added incentives on Achieving and exceeding target goals.
