The I.T Operations Lead shall be responsible, but not limited to the following:? Monitor and control the budget and expenditures of the department? Oversee the proper functioning of all company IT systems.? Work to continuously improve IT systems operability across the organisation.? Contribute to the identification and management/mitigation of Cybersecurity Risks.? Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.? Ensure all IT infrastructure, software and hardware, is managed to prevent obsolescence? Oversee the management of an IT technical fault remedial service.? Contribute to the development of IT business continuity plans and procedures.? Oversee the proper functioning of all company ERP systems.
