MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:? Responsible for carrying out repairs, service and onsite diagnostics /trouble shooting of simple to complex fluid power systems in the workshop and customer locations (onshore & offshore).? Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through effective customer service, technical assistance and prompt after sales service.? Complete strip-down / inspection / repairs / testing of hydraulic & mechanical components in the workshop and on site. ? Responsible for implementing site and/or offshore surveys and preparing detailed survey reports. ? Responsible for the progress of Services activities ie. planning and scheduling of inquiries and projects to meet milestones.? Report and document the activities carried out in line with the documentation requirements of the company.? Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, Company Quality (ISO) procedures and provide reports to the QHSE department of any non-conformance issues.? Build and maintain positive and constructive working relationships with customers, management, team members and other colleagues ? Work cooperatively and productively with others to ensure planning, technical integrity and successful completion of projects ? Provide concise, accurate and timely reports and documentation ? Conduct internal meetings to progress ongoing, urgent or overdue issues. ? Liaison with Technical Group members to ensure project milestones / deadlines are met. ? Liaison with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and company staff as required
