Job Summary: Our company is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the position of HVAC Mechanical Engineer to oversees Company?s existing and new projects for high, low rise towers, centers and villas. The position requires the candidate to have excellent leadership, organizational and time management skills. Establish good working relationship with the team, clients and contractors. Duties and Responsibilities:? Perform preventive maintenance and repair works on facilities mechanical, electrical and other installed systems. ? Operate and maintain all HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems and BMS. ? Analyze HVAC Systems and equipment to find out any malfunctions and deficiencies. ? Supervise HVAC preventive maintenance contracts. ? Attend to emergency calls and afterhours building needs and activities as needed. ? Prepare, submit and maintain detailed reports about the conditions in the buildings with recommendation of action to be taken.? Comply with all safety procedures and standard as per Dubai Municipality. ? Deliver the works safely and to the deadline.Qualification Requirements: ? Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. ? 5 + years? experience in Facilities Management Field. ? Strong mechanical aptitude. ? Proficiency in AutoCAD ( or similar drafting software ) ? Proficiency in Load calculations, systems design, duct work , piping layout and equipments. ? Communicate effectively both orally and writing. Required Skills: ?
