Humanities TeacherJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.•Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters student curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration.•Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including assignments, projects, and examinations.•Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.•Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the schools educational goals.•Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.•Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.•Participate in school activities and events, contributing to the overall school community.•Stay current with best practices in humanities education and incorporate them into teaching methodologies.•Uphold the schools policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.Requirements :•Minimum of 4 years of experience teaching Humanities.•Bachelors degree in Humanities or a related field.•Valid teaching certification or license.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.•Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.•A passion for education and a commitment to student success.•Experience working in an international school setting (preferred).•Knowledge of UAE educational standards (advantageous).
