We are looking for an enthusiastic dedicated HR Operations Manager to join our expanding HR team.?Generalist Activities

Organizing employee wellness events with various organizations, Preparing and maintaining annual wellness calendar. Arranging weekly employee engagements.
Preparation of monthly MIS report and HR Score card for the management.
Troubleshoot the HRMS issues using the admin rights and ensure the concerns reported in HRMS are closed within the requested time frame
Ensuring the audit findings are rectified and closed as per the agreed timeframe.

Talent Acquisition

To analyse the Manpower Budget at Organisational level and participate on Annual Manpower Budget exercise in coordination with HODs.
To continuously update the organisational structure in line with the Manpower Budget and Organisational changes.
To arrange recruitment of suitable candidates in line with the approved manpower budget and ensure completion of Induction formalities on time for the U.A.E and GCC
Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
