Job Description

As a Human Resources Business Partner at ZMI Holdings, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business leaders to provide HR support, foster employee engagement, and drive organizational success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
  • Provide HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive work environment and align with company objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to managers on HR-related matters, including employee development, career path, and succession planning.
  • Support in leading and facilitating HR initiatives, including workforce planning, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee engagement programs.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify talent needs and assist in the recruitment and selection process for key positions.
  • Support in analysing HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance to managers on effective leadership and people management practices.
  • Support the HR Director in shaping different strategies and practices for the employees? welfare and overall benefits.
