To action tasks and initiatives to change behavior and improve the teams’ skill levels to deliverimproved HSSQ & BCM outcomes;• To actively implement the HSSQ & BCM Policies, action plans and Manuals and procedures inthe plant;• To support the management to lead the Department to a new level of HSSQ & BCM capabilityand performance.Key AccountabilitiesDelivers HSS services to ensure high levels of safety and compliance:• Carrying out routine plant wide Inspections, recording all identified unsafe acts and conditionsand following the corrective actions• Conducting regular training, tool box talks and awareness activities.• Ensuring safety compliance during high risk work activities.• Inspecting the PTW, record the findings, following up the corrective actions.• Coordinating with contractor and monitoring their performance at the site.• Assisting the incident investigations and ensuring the relevant information are documented.• Conducting safety inspections of tools, equipment & lifting Gears for compliance.• Managing the site safety communications to internal and external parties.• Preparing Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.• Support in annual internal and external audits relevant to HSSQ & BCM activities.• Assisting in preparing policies, procedures and other documentations relevant to the businessExperience and knowledge of the organizational structure and decision-making process along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
