HSE ManagerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.•Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.•Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety and environmental regulations.•Train and guide staff on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.•Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all legal obligations are met.•Continuously improve safety performance metrics and maintain documentation.•Supervise HSE team members and ensure department goals are met.Qualifications :•Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.•NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent certification (mandatory).•Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience.•Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
