Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering discipline / Health, Safety or Environmental Sciences or an equivalent qualification (Preferably Chemical / Mechanical/ Electrical) ? Possession of NEBOSH International General Certificate or Equivalent in Oil and GAS Qualifications.More than 5 years of experience, of which at least 3 years in a similar position in the HSE function, preferable in the oil & gas industry. ? Minimum 3-5 years? experience in executing HSEIAs and Safety studies associated with offshore operations/installations.Requirements Job Specific Skills ? Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas industries. ? Good knowledge of all HSE Management system and ADNOC standards and local and international legislation. ? Direct experience and proficiency with HSE Management Systems and HSE requisites such as Risk Assessments, Audits, Inspections, and Procedures. ? Good knowledge in Drilling Operation activities, Drilling Emergencies, and Rig site specific safety plans. ? Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions. ? Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE.
