Accountable in preparing for the QHSE Management System, Policies & Procedures
Develop HSE Objectives and benchmarks according to Method Statements and Risk Assessment.
Develop & Implement QMS Manuel at group level across all divisions
Responsible in monitoring accident/incidents, determines probable causes, circulates, and enforces appropriate safety alerts.
Reviews the safety of all materials/equipment at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications.
Coordinates with the Departments for the Safe Operating Procedures for all employees
Responsible in conducting Fire Drills and Emergency Evacuation procedure.
Leads in Safety walks (audits) with the Client and Subcontractors safety representatives through continuous toolbox meetings including weekly / monthly toolbox talks.
Ensures compliance of site workforce with the approved Safe Work Permit System/procedure in accordance with the required local regulation.
Liaison with the Client and Subcontractors on work related safety requirements at the site and review HSE Plans prior to submittal to the consultant.
Capture non-conformances and follow up for closure of identifies issues
Taking Care of Complete operations in relevance to Fire fighting & Fire alarms at working places.
Permits to work. Health Safety Auditing. ? Fire Prevention. ? Office safety. ? Electrical Safety. ? Ergonomics. ? HAZMAT. ? HSE Incidents / Accidents RIDDOR.?
