Job Description

Site Abu DhabiRotation* 150/30 – Single status* 335/30 – Family status* Family status applicable after probation period (6 months)Salary Range AED12,000Minimum Experience* 10 – 15 years experience in Oil & Gas industry* 5 years as managerial or supervisory roleMinimum Qualification· Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field·  Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systemsPayroll ManagementSupervise payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timelinessMaintain and update payroll systems and employee compensation recordsPreparation of Payroll including pensions and EOSB of employees and submission of report to managementEnsure compliance with UAE Laws & regulationsReconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve errorsCollaborate with finance for audits and budget planning Personnel AffairsOversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenanceManage personnel files, contracts, and documentation in line with legal requirementsSupport performance appraisal processes and employee development plansAddress employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policiesCoordinate with HR on recruitment, training, and disciplinary actionsEnsure confidentiality and integrity of employee dataSkills:·     Familiarity with labour laws and tax regulations·     Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools·     Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion·     Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration·     Excellent organizational and communication skills Company Profile TYCHE HR Consultancy is a leading human resource consultancy specializing in recruitment, sourcing, headhunting for permanent placements, outsourcing, local, and overseas hiring.
