HR RepresentativeJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage the recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates.•Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.•Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.•Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.•Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.•Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.•Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the educational sector.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•Proven experience as an HR representative or in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality or educational sector.•Native Arabic speaker with fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.•In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the educational sector.•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
