Job Description

The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the oil and gas sector by identifying and attracting top talent to meet the organization?s staffing needs. This position requires a dynamic individual who can navigate the complexities of recruitment in a highly specialized industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for connecting with potential candidates. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment strategy aligns with the company?s goals and objectives.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  5. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
  6. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
  8. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  10. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
