HR OfficerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob Details :•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.•Strong HR background with atleast 5 years extensive experience in the UAE.•Wide knowledge of HR processes, procedures and UAE labor laws.•Previous experience in handling payroll of about 300-500 employees.•Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, Payroll systems) is a plus.•Excellent in communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.•Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and management.•Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.•Knowledge in Arabic both read, write and speak is an advantage.•Previous experience in Retail-Supermarket is a plus.
