  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations activities and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs to enhance employees skills and competencies.
