Job Description

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager is responsible for coordinating the administration of all the companys HR policies and procedures. This includes compensation and benefits, employee relations, internal communication, performance management, training, retention and recruitment strategy, general administration and overall legal compliance.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures compliance with the UAE Labor Laws;
  • Directs the legality of all employees (i.e., work visas and renewals);
  • Oversee the administration of HR and Admin strategy and plan as well as programs, and services to support business developments and objectives;
  • Responsible for maintaining high quality HR standards as it relates to HR implementation of policy and procedures;
  • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals;
  • Direct and supervise recruitment and manpower levels;
  • Manages the office and space planning;
  • Develops and recommends performance management and improvement systems;
  • Manage employee payroll and in the administration of employee benefits;
  • Ensures all communication on HR and office matters are sent to all employees;
  • Provides senior management with HR reports and other research or reportorial requirements
