HR ExecutiveJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEResponsibilities:•Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience.•Oversee timesheet tracking and validation to support accurate payroll processing.•Coordinate with facility and waste management teams to align HR activities with operational needs.•Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.•Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.•Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and monitor compliance.•Facilitate communication between management and employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.•Organize and participate in HR-related training and development initiatives.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.•Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within facility or waste management sectors.•Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.•Excellent organizational and communication skills.•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.•Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.•Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.•Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.•Must have 2 to 3 years of UAE experience•Only Immediate joiners are recommended to apply.
