  • Help develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Preparing annually / half yearly /Quarterly /monthly/weekly reports related to HR Operations
  • Review and update various HR policies and processes like joining process, exit process, promotion, and leaves.
  • Update process documents for HR
  • Prepared Performance Evaluation of employees
  • Schedule and arrange training programs while coordinating with department head.
  • Coordinate with the department heads to gather talent requirements and define job positions.
